Reservations:

Included in the weekend fee are: facilities, meals, lemonade and water throughout the day and a venue where you can relax and take time to enjoy the company of your gay and bisexual brothers in a safe and fun rural environment.
You supply if needed: ice chest, additional beverages, snacks, bug repellant, sun screen, flash light, bicycle, etc.

Reservations are based on a first come first serve basis.  Your reservation will be secured upon receipt of payment. Space is limited to 25 per event.

There are two easy ways to make your reservation and check for availability:

  2. 2.  E-mail me.  Info@Ranchweekend.com  Please tell me which dates you are interested for easy booking.

Payment options: Online with PayPal or by mail with a personal check. Directions will be emailed to you once your payment is received.

Refunds:

Only granted with minimum 7-DAY ADVANCE NOTICE PRIOR TO EVENT DATE. No refunds are granted for early departure. In the event Ranch Weekend is canceled all payments will be refunded.
